A Senate Resolution to amend Rule 6 of the Rules of the Senate of South Carolina, relating to the requirement that senators address the President and the appropriate place for a senator to stand while addressing the Senate, so as to provide that no senator may interrupt another senator in debate without the senator's consent, to prohibit imputing unworthy conduct or motives to another senator, and to prohibit any remarks offensive to any county or municipality.
