    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 8-13-935 so as to prohibit a member of the General Assembly from pledging to another member of the General Assembly to vote for a particular candidate for judicial office in return for that member's pledge to vote for another candidate for judicial office.
