    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 50-13-1187, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO BAIT THAT MAY BE USED WITH TROTLINES, SET HOOKS, AND JUGS, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT LIVE NONGAME FISH AND BREAM MAY BE USED WITH SINGLE-BARBED SET HOOKS, INCLUDING ON TROTLINES HAVING NOT MORE THAN TWENTY HOOKS, THAT HAVE A SHANK-TO-POINT GAP OF ONE AND THREE-SIXTEENTHS INCHES OR GREATER ON THE BLACK, BIG PEE DEE, LITTLE PEE DEE, LUMBER AND WACCAMAW RIVERS, TO PROVIDE THAT IT IS UNLAWFUL TO HAVE MORE THAN THIRTY BREAM IN POSSESSION WHEN FISHING ON THESE RIVERS, TO PROVIDE THAT BREAM MAY NOT BE USED AS BAIT AFTER JUNE 30, 2001, AND TO PROVIDE PENALTIES.-AMENDED TITLE
