    A Bill to provide for the levy of taxes for fiscal year 1982-83 for the operation of the public schools in Calhoun County, the Orangeburg-Calhoun Technical College, the Calhoun County Mental Retardation Commission, including the L. Marion Gressette Child Development Center, and provide its expenditure; to authorize certain borrowing; and to provide that any vacancy occurring in the office of Calhoun County Probate Judge on or before October 1, 1982, shall be filled by a nonpartisan election and provide for the manner in which such election shall be conducted.-at
