    A Bill to make it unlawful to park a vehicle in a clearly designated fire lane or a parking place or area which serves as a fire lane and is marked clearly "no parking", to provide an exception for certain vehicles, to provide a penalty, and to extend the provisions of this Act to public parking lots within police jurisdiction.
