    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 50-11-10, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO ADOPTION OF THE FEDERAL MIGRATORY BIRD TREATY ACT, REGULATIONS, AND PROHIBITIONS CONCERNING HUNTING WATERFOWL, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE DESIGNATED HUNTING HOURS FOR WATERFOWL ARE FROM ONE-HALF HOUR BEFORE SUNRISE UNTIL NOON ON DAYS WHEN HUNTING WATERFOWL IS LAWFUL.
