    A BILL TO AMEND CHAPTER 21, TITLE 50, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO EQUIPMENT AND OPERATION OF WATERCRAFT BY ADDING SECTION 50-21-180, RELATING TO PUBLIC ACCESS TO STATE WATERS SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES TO COORDINATE WITH COUNTY LEGISLATIVE DELEGATIONS TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE AND SAFE BOATING ACCESS TO STATE WATERS.
