H 4006 General Bill, By W.D. Keyserling and Richardson
    A Bill to amend Section 56-3-620, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to fees for handicapped persons and persons of certain ages for private passenger-carrying vehicles and property-carrying vehicles weighing five thousand pounds or less, so as to exempt persons who are sixty-five years of age or older and persons who are handicapped from paying the biennial registration fee for a private passenger-carrying vehicle, and to exempt persons who are sixty-five years of age or older from paying the biennial registration fee for a property-carrying vehicle with a gross weight of five thousand pounds or less.
