H 4007 General Bill, By McKay
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 59-17-45 so as to provide that on July 1, 1994, each county shall comprise a single school district, to provide for the manner in which this requirement must be implemented including the abolishment of school districts of this State which do not comprise an entire county, and their merger into the larger countywide school districts, and to provide certain exceptions.
