H 4020 Joint Resolution, By Fair
A Joint Resolution directing the State Superintendent of Education to inform the science teachers in the State's public schools that, consistent with the expressions of the United States Supreme Court in "Edwards V. Aguillard", they have the freedom and flexibility to supplement the present science curriculum with the presentation of various methods of the origins of life, and of humankind in particular, and providing that the State Superintendent shall inform the science teachers accordingly within ninety days of the enactment of this Joint Resolution and shall make a report to the General Assembly.
