H 4021 General Bill, By I.K. Rudnick, Bailey, S.R. Foster, W.H. Jones and Kirsh
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 7-13-45 so as to require county party chairmen to designate a public place and staff it during regular hours during the filing period in general election years for the receipt for filings and to require the chairman to notify the public of the dates, time and place where candidates may file by placing an advertisement in a newspaper of general circulation in the county two weeks before the filing period.
