    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 44-7-375 SO AS TO REQUIRE A NURSING HOME, COMMUNITY RESIDENTIAL CARE FACILITY, OR DAYCARE FACILITY FOR ADULTS THAT PROVIDES A SPECIAL CARE UNIT OR PROGRAM FOR PERSONS WHO HAVE AIDS OR ARE HIV POSITIVE TO DISCLOSE TO THE PARTY SEEKING A PLACEMENT CERTAIN INFORMATION CONCERNING THE FACILITY, CARE, TREATMENT, STAFFING, ACTIVITIES, AND COSTS.
