    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 9-1-1665 so as to provide that the South Carolina Retirement System may deduct and pay to a creditor of a nominee of a deceased member of the system amounts requested to be paid by the nominee upon receipt of a properly executed, witnessed, and notarized request form.
