    A Bill to amend Section 44-71-90, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the prohibition against discrimination in hospice programs, so as to revise the basis for discrimination to include ability or inability to pay and diagnosis of patient and to clarify that a hospice may not discriminate on these grounds in accepting patients or in providing services.
