    A Bill to amend Section 50-13-1192, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to use of fishing devices, so as to increase the number of hooks on trotlines which may be used in the Great Pee Dee River, the Waccamaw River, and Bull Creek and to provide that traps may be used in a portion of the Waccamaw River.
