    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 25-11-25 so as to require appropriations by the General Assembly to veterans' organizations to include an appropriation in a like amount and under the same terms and conditions to the Vietnam Veterans of America, Inc., and to require this appropriation to be in addition to funds previously appropriated for veterans' organizations.
