A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 1-3-60 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT IF THE GOVERNOR OR LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR DOES NOT ACCEPT PROTECTION FROM THE STATE LAW ENFORCEMENT DIVISION, HE MUST RELINQUISH THE DUTIES OF HIS OFFICE UNLESS HE HOLDS A CURRENT CONCEALED WEAPONS PERMIT.
