H 4061 General Bill, By Gamble and Phillips
    A Bill to amend Section 23-31-120, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to pistol permits, so as to provide that in lieu of filing the required bond, a person may file a statement from the clerk of court or register of mesne conveyances in the county in which he resides that he owns real property therein the assessed value of which is at least ten thousand dollars.
