    A Bill to amend Chapter 23, Title 27, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to parol, fraudulent, and other void gifts or conveyances, so as to eliminate all of the provisions of that Chapter regarding "Parol, Fraudulent, and Other Void Gifts or Conveyances" and in substitution therefor to enact the "Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act".
