A Bill to amend Section 56-5-2950, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to implied consent to chemical tests of breath, blood, and urine to determine the presence of alcohol or drugs in the operator of a motor vehicle, so as to provide that, in any county that does not have a licensed medical facility, blood and urine samples may be taken in the office of any physician licensed by the State Board of Medical Examiners, and to provide that the procedures approved by the State Law Enforcement Division for the obtaining and the handling of blood samples or urine samples must be in conformity with the provisions of this Section.
