    A Bill to amend Section 7-7-340, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to voting precincts in Kershaw County, so as to redefine and rename the precincts, provide that the lines defining the precincts are as shown on the official map prepared by and filed with the Division of Research and Statistical Services of the State Budget and Control Board, and to authorize the Kershaw County Election Commission, subject to the approval of a majority of the Kershaw County legislative delegation, to establish polling places for the precincts.
