H 4123 General Bill, By Townsend and Cooper
    A Bill to require that revenues credited to the State Highway Fund as of June 30, 1994, must be credited as of July 1, 1994, to the General Fund of the State, provide that fees and taxes imposed or levied by law as of June 30, 1994, credited to the Fund are considered to be imposed or levied for the general operation of State Government beginning July 1, 1994, and provide separate legislation for appropriation to the Department of Highways and Public Transportation.
