    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 23-1-212 OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO THE ENFORCEMENT OF STATE CRIMINAL LAWS BY FEDERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS, TO PROVIDE THAT NAVAL CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIVE SERVICE AGENTS ARE AUTHORIZED TO ENFORCE THE STATE'S CRIMINAL LAWS.
