H 4130 General Bill, By D.M. McEachin
    A Bill to amend Article 3, Chapter 23, Title 58, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to certificates of motor vehicle carriers by adding Section 58-23-325 so as to provide that any motor vehicle carrier holding a Class E Certificate shall display or disclose its Public Service Commission number and its Interstate Commerce Commission number on any advertising or in any literature provided to or made available to the general public, and to provide that any carrier which fails to comply with the provisions of this Section may have its Public Service Commission certificate suspended or revoked by the Commission in the manner the Commission considers appropriate.
