H 4133 General Bill, By Sharpe
    A Bill to amend Section 56-5-2940, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the penalty for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, so as to provide that the presiding judge when setting the minimum imprisonment terms or public service periods in increments may allow the defendant to serve these terms or periods only on weekday nights and not on weekends, and to provide exceptions.
