    A BILL TO AMEND ACT 1235 OF 1970, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE CHARLESTON COUNTY AIRPORT DISTRICT AND ITS GOVERNING BOARD, SO AS TO ADD TWO MEMBERS OF THE CHARLESTON COUNTY LEGISLATIVE DELEGATION, EX OFFICIO, TO THE GOVERNING BOARD OF THE DISTRICT; TO PROVIDE THAT CERTAIN MEMBERS OF THE AUTHORITY MAY SERVE AS ITS CHAIRMAN, AND TO PROVIDE THAT MEMBERS WHO ARE APPOINTED BY THE LEGISLATIVE DELEGATION OR COUNTY COUNCIL SHALL SERVE ONE FOUR-YEAR TERM.
