H 4147 General Bill, By McKay, Askins, B.H. Harwell and J. Hines
    A Bill to provide that the tax millage levied for general operational purposes for all school districts in Florence County and any fees in lieu of taxes received by these districts for any year must be placed in a special account and distributed to each district on a pro rata basis based on average daily attendance, to provide that these distributions shall constitute the funds a district receives to operate its schools for that year from ad valorem property taxes, and to provide exceptions for tax millage levied for bonded indebtedness purposes.
