    A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION TO REQUEST THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY TO STUDY AND MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY ON METHODS TO ELIMINATE THE FORTY-FIVE DAY GRACE PERIOD IN WHICH PERSONS WHO NEWLY ACQUIRE MOTOR VEHICLES AND OWNERS OF FOREIGN MOTOR VEHICLES BEING MOVED INTO THIS STATE MAY OPERATE THESE MOTOR VEHICLES WITHOUT DISPLAYING AN OFFICIAL SOUTH CAROLINA LICENSE PLATE.
