    A Bill to amend Section 14-11-310, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the fees of Masters-in-Equity, so as to provide that any filing fees previously paid in the circuit court where the case has been referred to the Master-in-Equity must be a credit against any fees due to the Master-in-Equity.
