    A Bill to amend Section 59-63-20, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the age of attendance for public schools, so as to require that a child must be five years old for certain exceptions to apply to attend first grade and to add the exception that a child may attend if the child attended a certified private kindergarten program and will be six years old on or before December thirty-first of the applicable school year.
