    A Bill to amend Section 56-5-4580, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to additional lighting equipment required on buses, trucks, trailers, semitrailers, and pole trailers, so as to require every trailer and semitrailer, rather than just those over three thousand pounds of gross weight, to have certain lighting equipment, including a stop light.
