    AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 55-9-190, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE POWERS THAT AN ENTITY HAS TO ESTABLISH AN AIRPORT OR LANDING FIELD OR TO ACQUIRE, LEASE, OR SET APART PROPERTY FOR THAT PURPOSE, SO AS TO DELETE A PROVISION THAT LIMITS THE TERM OF A LEASE OF AIRPORTS OR LANDING FIELDS TO PRIVATE PARTIES FOR OPERATION AND A PROVISION THAT LIMITS THE TERM THAT AN ENTITY MAY ASSIGN TO PRIVATE PARTIES THE OPERATION SPACE, AREA, IMPROVEMENTS AND EQUIPMENT ON AN AIRPORT OR LANDING FIELD. - ratified title
