    A Bill to repeal Section 11-35-1530, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the use of competitive sealed proposals under the Consolidated Procurement Code, when a chief procurement officer or head of a purchasing agency determines that the use of competitive sealed bidding is either not practicable or not advantageous to the State.
