S 0423 General Bill, By Senate Banking and Insurance
    A Bill to amend Section 56-11-110, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to minimum medical, hospital, and disability benefits, proof of loss of income, and subrogation or assignment of benefits under the Automobile Reparation Reform Act of 1974, so as to provide that no benefit payable pursuant to that Section is subject to assignment except in the event of the death of an individual eligible for the benefits prescribed in the Section.
