    A Bill to amend Section 56-5-5015, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to sunscreen devices on motor vehicles, so as to increase the size of the label required to be installed on the devices from one and one-half square inch to two square inches and to require the label to include the installer's name, address, and telephone number instead of the manufacturer's name.
