    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 56-1-140, AS AMENDED, AND SECTION 56-1-3370, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF A DRIVER'S LICENSE AND THE SIZE, SHAPE, DESIGN, AND CONTENTS OF A SPECIAL IDENTIFICATION CARD, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A DRIVER'S LICENSE AND A SPECIAL IDENTIFICATION CARD MUST HAVE IMPRINTED ON THEIR REVERSE SIDES CERTAIN REFERENCES TO THE NATIONAL DOMESTIC VIOLENCE HOTLINE AND THE NATIONAL SEXUAL ASSAULT HOTLINE.
