    A Bill to amend Section 59-39-160, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to education and the requirements for participation in interscholastic activities, so as to make the provisions of this Section applicable to grades six through twelve rather than grades nine through twelve, and require an overall passing average of at least a certain grade point average or ratio.
