    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 10-1-210 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A PLAQUE INSCRIBED WITH THE WORDS "IN GOD WE TRUST" MUST BE INSTALLED OVER THE ENTRANCE TO THE GOVERNOR'S OFFICE IN THE STATE HOUSE AND ON THE ENTRANCE GATES TO THE GOVERNOR'S MANSION.
