    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 56-19-485 so as to provide a procedure for designating certain motor vehicles as "wreckage" or "salvage" in a manner which suffices to inform the transferee of such a vehicle of the vehicle's true condition.
