    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 56-5-2957 so as to require the revocation for an additional period of one year of the driver's license of a person who is less than twenty-one years of age and who is convicted of an offense contained in Section 56-5-2930 or Section 56-5-2945.
