A Bill to amend Section 57-1-330, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to election of members to the Commission of the Department of Transportation, so as to provide that the members must be elected from Congressional Districts in effect July 1, 1992, until the February fifteenth following the establishment of new Congressional Districts by the General Assembly and to provide for staggered terms for the members from the new districts.
