    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 45-9-10, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO EQUAL ENJOYMENT OF AND PRIVILEGES TO PUBLIC ACCOMMODATIONS, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT PLACES OF PUBLIC ACCOMMODATION MAY NOT DISCRIMINATE AGAINST A PERSON BASED ON THE OWNERSHIP OR OPERATION OF A MOTORCYCLE OR THE WEARING OF CLOTHING ASSOCIATED WITH MOTORCYCLES, EXCEPT WHEN SUCH CLOTHING IS OBSCENE.
