A JOINT RESOLUTION TO PROVIDE THAT SCHOOL DAYS MISSED ON SEPTEMBER 15 AND 16, 1999, BY THE STUDENTS OF MARION COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICTS NUMBER 1, 3, AND 4 DURING SCHOOL YEAR 1999-2000 WHEN THE SCHOOLS WERE CLOSED BECAUSE OF HURRICANE FLOYD ARE EXEMPTED FROM THE MAKEUP REQUIREMENT OF THE DEFINED MINIMUM PLAN THAT FULL SCHOOL DAYS MISSED DUE TO THE EXTREME WEATHER OR OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES BE MADE UP.
