A Concurrent Resolution to memorialize the United States Congress and the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development to strengthen energy efficiency standards for manufactured housing and to allow states to require greater energy efficiency measures than required by the federal standards and that if these measures are not acted upon by the United States Congress and the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development by 1993, then the State of South Carolina will seek other remedies to ensure that only energy-efficient manufactured housing is allowed to be sold in this State.
