    A Bill to amend Section 42-3-20, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the members of the South Carolina Workers' Compensation Commission, so as to provide that the members of the Commission must be elected by the General Assembly, and to provide for transition procedures for this provision to take effect.
