    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 59-63-70 SO AS TO REQUIRE CERTAIN CONDUCT BY STUDENTS IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS, INCLUDING A REQUIREMENT THAT STUDENTS ADDRESS SCHOOL EMPLOYEES WHILE ON SCHOOL PROPERTY IN A RESPECTFUL MANNER BY USING SPECIFIC TERMS AND A REQUIREMENT THAT EACH SCHOOL DISTRICT BOARD OF TRUSTEES INCORPORATE THE ABOVE INTO EXISTING DISCIPLINARY POLICIES.
