    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 56-1-180, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF SPECIAL RESTRICTED DRIVERS' LICENSES TO CERTAIN MINORS, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE RESTRICTIONS PLACED ON A HOLDER OF THIS LICENSE MAY BE WAIVED OR MODIFIED TO ALLOW THE LICENSE HOLDER TO TRAVEL BETWEEN HIS HOME AND A CHURCH-RELATED OR SPONSORED ACTIVITY.
