    A Bill to amend Section 23-45-130, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the application of the Fire Protection Sprinkler Systems Act, so as to delete the requirement that bids must be accompanied by a copy of a valid sprinkler contractor's license and provide that the contractor who submits a bid directly to the State must include on it the fire sprinkler license number.
