    A Bill to amend Section 56-3-660, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to fees for self-propelled property carrying vehicles, so as to provide that no vehicle in excess of eighty thousand pounds will be registered; and to amend Section 56-5-4170, relating to permits for excess size and weight, so as to provide for a fee of twenty dollars for each permit issued.
