    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 50-11-1767, SO AS TO AUTHORIZE THE RUNNING OF COYOTES WITH DOGS FOR PURPOSES OF TRAINING THE DOGS IN A PRIVATE ENCLOSED FOX-HUNTING-DOG-TRAINING FACILITY AND TO AMEND SECTION 50-11-1760, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO MAKING IT UNLAWFUL TO BRING OR RELEASE A COYOTE INTO THE STATE, SO AS TO INCREASE THE PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS.
